Rover Buys On-Demand, Dog Walking Service Zingy

Seattle-based dog sitting marketplace Rover has quietly acquired an on-demand, dog walking marketplace called Zingy. Timing and financial details of the acquisition were not announced, but Zingy founder Tobi Skovron left the company in March. Rover has posted details of the acquisition on an undated blog post. Zingy was based in Los Angeles.
