Rover.com Fetches $40M
Seattle-based pet sitting and dog walking marketplace Rover.com, which is led by Aaron Easterly, said this morning that it has raised $40M in its Series E funding round. The round was led by Foundry Group and Menlo Ventures, and also included Madrona Venture Group. All three are existing investors in the company. According to Rover.com, the company is set to nearly triple its revenues this year, after having nearly tripled those revenues last year. The company did not disclose what those revenues are, however, it says it now has over 65,000 sitters and dog walkers on its platform. More information »
