Cray Wins $30M Contract In Europe
Cray, the Seattle-based maker of supercomputers, has won a $30M contract in the United Kingdom, the company said this morning. Cray said that the contract came from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), for installation in the UK National Supercomputing Facility. The deal includes both a Cray SC30 supercomputer as well as an associated Cray Sonexion storage system.
