Winshuttle Buys Software Firm

Bothell, Washington-based Winshuttle, the developer of business process improvement and other tools for SAP, said this morning that it has acquired ShareVis, a developer of Sharepoint workflow and web form automation software. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. ShareVis was based in Carlsbad, California.
