Winshuttle Buys Firm, Opens Up Offices In Paris
Bothell-based Winshuttle, a provider of data entry software for the SAP market, said this morning that it has acquired ADAR, a French distributor of data management tools. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Winshuttle, the moves comes in conjunction with the launch of Winshuttle France, which will be led by ADAR founder Bernard Haddad. Winshuttle's products are used to move dat abetween Microsoft Excel and SAP. Winshuttle said the new office will provide sales and technical support to its French customers.
