AWS Debuts Call Center Tools
Amazon Web Services said today that it has launched a new product called Amazon Connect, which allows businesses to create contact center services using the same tools Amazon uses to run its own business. The new service is priced per-minute, plus any associated telephony services charges. Amazon's new service allows customers to create a "virtual contact center" which routes calls to customer services agents, sacling up and down as needed.
