Marchex Debuts New Call Tracking Products
Seattle-based mobile advertising technology developer Marchex said this morning that it has launched two new products in the call tracking realm. The company said its new Call DNA and Dynamic Tracking technologies are aimed at helping advertisers understand which calls convert into sales. Pricing on the new products were not announced, and are part of the company's existing Marchex Call Analytics platform. The company said the new product uses automated call scoring technology to determine what triggered a phone call from a consumer to advertisers, and helps advertisers better optimize their campaigns.
