Allrecipes Targets Local Shoppers With Hyper Local Ads

Settle-based online recipe site Allrecipes is looking to attract local advertisers to its app, saying Thursday that it will begin offering up hyper-local, native advertising on Allrecipes' Dinner Spinner App on iOS. According to Allrecipes' parent company, Meredith, the move will integrate offers from local retailers directly into recipe pages, so that ingredients which are on sale at nearby stores will show up in the recipes being browse by cooks, based on their location.
