Microsoft Completes Yammer Buy

Bellevue-based Microsoft announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of business micro-messaging firm Yammer. The deal, which is worth around $1.2 billion in cash, was originally announced in June. Yammer becomes part of the Microsoft Office Division.
