Microsoft Completes Sentillion Buy

Redmond-based Microsoft announced this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Sentillion, a developer of software for the healthcare industry. Microsoft said that Sentillion becomes part of its Microsoft Health Solutions Group, and will continue to operate out of its Andover, Mass. offices. Microsoft said it would buy Sentillion in December, but did not disclose any financial details behind the acquisition.
