Microsoft In Licensing Deal With AgreeYa
Redmond-based Microsoft, and Chinese mobile developer AgreeYa Mobility, which has U.S. headquarters in Folsom, California, said that the two are in a licensing agreement. The two said the license will allow AgreeYa Mobility to create products for non-Microsoft platforms such as Apple iOS, Android, RIM, and WebOS, which will connect with Microsoft enterprise back-end systems. Terms of the licensing deal were not disclosed. AgreeyA said the protocol licensing will allow it to connect to Microsoft's Remote Desktop Services, Windows Azure, Active Directory and SharePoint.
