Vizit Spins Out Of Atalasoft

Issaquah, Washington-based Vizit, a new company focused on add-on software for Microsoft SharePoint, said today that it has spun out of Atalasoft. The firm said it will provide content visualization and social collaboration software for SharePoint, and will be led by Paul Yantus. Vizit is looking to make it easier for employees to collaborate within Microsoft SharePoint on documents, allowing users to view and search for documents in multiple formats from directly within a web page.
