F5 Adds VMware View Support

Seattle-based F5 Networks, a developer of load balancing and other networking hardware and software, said today that it has launched a new product to support the VMware View virtual desktop software. F5 said it has made its F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager licensable on the virtual edition of its BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager product. The product is a virtual image version of its software and allows users to control their desktop virtualization efforts.
