F5 Enhances VMware Support

Seattle-based F5, the provider of network traffic shaping devices, said today that it has enhanced its integration with VMware and its virtualization products. F5 said it has enhanced capabilities for data center migration and desktop virtualization deployment, in a integration effort with VMware and EMC. The company said its technology can be used with VMware and EMC to simplify the migration of virtual applications between data centers. F5 also said it has launched a new effort to support VMware View, Vmware's virtual desktop product.
