Planar Rolls New Flexible Display Product

Beaverton, Oregon-based Planar Systems, a developer of display system hardware and software, announced a new flexible display for its product line. Planar said that it has added a transparent and segment elecroluminescent (TASEL) display to its EL display line. The new product is targeted at designers in the transportation, pro-consumer electronics, and architectural project area; the displays can be curved into different shapes and designs and molded into different shapes. Planar is a developer of display hardware and software, including LCD monitors, digital signage, and other related products.
