Pure, Symantec Partners On Home Network Security

Seattle-based Pure Networks has signed a partnership with Symantec, the firm said this week. Pure said that Symantec will distribute the firm's Network Magic software, which is used by consumers to set up and manage their home networks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Network Magic provides a consumer-focused network management tool used to monitor the security of home PCs and equipment.
