Pure Networks Inks Deal with Lenovo

Seattle-based networking software developer Pure Networks Inc. reported Tuesday that it has signed a business agreement with computer manufacturer Lenovo to preinstall networking software on Lenovo-branded notebooks and desktops. Pure Networks said the move signifies its entry into the small office home office (SOHO) market. Pure Networks added that, according to the agreement, its flagship product, Network Magic, will be pre-loaded onto all Lenovo 3000 series computers. Pure Networks said this will save Lenovo customers time and money while enabling them to connect to all major operating systems. Pure's software allows users to share printers and files, monitor Internet usage, and maintain Internet networking settings.
