Urbanspoon Sells Rezbook To OpenTable

Seattle-based Urbanspoon is getting out of the restaurant reservations business, and has sold its Rezbook restaurant reservation business to OpenTable. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Urbanspoon said the move is part of a partnership, where OpenTable will power reservations on the restaurant review site.
