Smartsheet Prices IPO, Debuting On NYSE Today

Bellevue-based Smartsheet, which develops collaboration software for business users, priced its IPO last night at $15.00 per share, above its initial estimated IPO range of between $10.00 and $12.00. The company will start trading today on the NYSE as SMAR. Smartsheet is venture backed by Insight Venture Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Sutter Hill Ventures, and Summit Partners.
