Smartsheet Gets $35M

Bellevue-based Smartsheet, the developer of business collaboration tools, announced this morning that it has raised $35M more in funding. The funding was led by Sutter Hill Ventures, and also included Insight Venture Partners and Madrona Venture Group. Smartsheet develops cloud-based, spreadsheet software which include a very rich set of collaboration features. The company said the new funding will go towards expansion of its tool. Jim White of Sutter Hill Ventures joins the company's board with the funding. Smartsheet is led by Mark Mader. More information »
