IOTAS Finds Funding From Intel

Portland-based IOTAS, a developer of technology used for Internet-of-Things (IoT) networking in apartments, has raised a round of funding from Intel. The investment was announced earlier this month. The funding brings its total raised to $6.5M. According to IOTAS, the funding will go to expand its internal engineering team and accelerate the development of core features in its smart apartment technology platform. The company's platform is used by property managers and developers to provider Internet-of-Things (IoT) features to apartment residents.
