Zapproved Acquired By Vista Equity Partners

Portland-based Zapproved, a developer of cloud-based, e-discovery software, has been acquired by private equity investor Vista Equity Partners. Financial details of the majority strategic investment were not announced. Vista Equity said Zapproved is the first investment from its new Endeavor Fund, which focuses exclusively on enterprise software and data businesses under $30 million in revenue. Zapproved is led by CEO and founder Monica Enand; the company said the new funding will go towards accelerating its growth in the e-discovery software market.
