Zapproved Raises $15M for E-Discovery Software

Portland-based Zapproved said Monday that it has raised $15M in an investment round, which was led by K1 Investment Management. The company develops a set of cloud-based, e-discovery and compliance software. Zapproved was founded in 2008, and is led by Monica Enand.
