NAVEX Global Acquired By Vista Equity Partners

Lake Oswego, Oregon-based NAVEX Global, a developer of corporate ethics and compliance software, said this morning that it is being acquired by private equity firm Vista Equity Partners. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. NAVEX said that the backing of Vista Equity Partners will enable the company to expand and enhance its products.
