Electric Lightwave Acquisition By Zayo Completes

The $1.42 billion acquisition of Vancouver, Washington-based Electric Lightwave is now complete, according to buyer Zayo Group, four months after the two announced the acquisition. Electric Lightwave, formerly known as Integra Telecom, adds 8,100 route miles of long haul fiber and 4,000 miles of dense metro fiber across Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Salt Lake City, Spokane and Boise to Zayo's portfolio of assets.
