Electric Lightwave Names Longtime Executive As New CTO

Vancouver, Washignton-based fiber communications and network provider Electric Lightwave announced this morning that it has named Stephen Fisher as the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Fisher was most recently heading up the company's network planning and security operations, and has been at the company for 16 years. The company said Fisher will be responsible for overall network strategy and continued expansion of network routes.
