Deako Finds $3.5M For Smart Lighting Systems

Seattle-based Deako has raised $3.5M in a third funding round, for its smart, whole-home lighting systems, the company said last week. The company says it has now raised a total of $6.8M, within the last eight months. Source of the new funding was not announced. Deako develops a touch screen driven system which lets users control their entire home from a single switch, and also works with Android and iOS devices. Dako is led by CEO Derek Richardson. The company says it plans to roll out its system in September. More information »
