Immusoft Buys Discovery Genomics

Seattle-based Immusoft, a developer of gene therapy technology, said Tuesday that it has acquired Discovery Genomics, which is developing technology to deliver genes into cells without using viruses. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Discovery Genomics was based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Immusoft is led by Matthew Scholz.
