Electronic Evidence Discovery Buys Daticon

Kirkland-based Electronic Evidence Discovery, a provider of electronic discovery services for the legal industry, said Thursday afternoon that it has reached a definitive agreement to purchase Daticon, LLC. Daticon is a provider of case assessment, electronic discovery, consulting and archive services for law firms, corporations and government agencies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. EED said the acquisition would broaden its portfolio fo services, and also provide a regional processing facility in the Northeast. Daticon serves the New York market.
