Microsoft Acquires Adallom
Redmond-based Microsoft said this morning that it has acquired Adallom, a developer of cloud security software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Adallom was based in Israel, and was founded by Assaf Rappaport, Ami Luttwak and Roy Reznik in 2012. Microsoft said Adallom's technology will become part of Office 365 and its Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS). The deal is reportedly worth around $320M, and had been reported in Israeli media back in July.
