Microsoft Acquires Talko

Microsoft announced Monday that it has acquired Talko, a startup which develops mobile, business communications apps. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Microsoft said that Talko's team will join the company's Skype team, to help build new features and capabilities into Skyp and Skype for Business. Talko was founded by founded by Ray Ozzie, former Chief Technology Officer at Microsoft.
