Microsoft Buys Adallom For Cloud Security
Microsoft has acquired Israeli cloud security services provider Adallom, according to reports Monday from Israel, which say that Microsoft is paying $320M for Adallom. The acquisition has not yet been confirmed by Microsoft. Adallom develops cloud-based security software aimed at securing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) installations. The company has offices in both Tel Aviv and Palo Alto, California.
