NAVEX Global Buys The Network

Portland, Oregon-based software developer Navex Global> said Monday that it has acquired The Network, a developer of ethics and compliance software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. NAVEX Global is a developere of ethics and compliance software, and is led by CEO Bob Conlin. The company says it will remain headquartered near Portland. The Network was based in Atlanta.
