Microsoft, Yahoo Revise Search Partnership

Microsoft and Yahoo said Thursday that the two have amended the search partnership--first formed in 2009-to offer up more flexibility to Yahoo in using Microsoft's search tools, across any platform. The deal offers up more flexibility to Yahoo to tap into search technology from other companies for monetizing its site, plus also changes how the two sell advertising.
