Lighthouse eDiscovery Acquired By Spire Capital

Seattle-based electronic discovery service provider Liighthouse eDiscovery has been acquired by Spire Capital, from the company's existing investor, Columbia Pacific Advisors. Financial terms of the deal, which was announced this morning by Columbia Pacific, were not disclosed. The companies said that Columbia Pacific Advisors will retain a "small interest" in the company going forward. Columbia Pacific said the deal was a "compelling multiple" for the firm's Growth Capital strategy fund's limited partners. Columbia Pacific is managed by Jeff Schrock. The deal had been announced as an investment in February.
