Lighthouse eDiscovery Merges With Discovia

Seattle-based Lighthouse eDiscovery, a prvider of consulting and e-discovery services for the legal marketplace, has merged with Discovia, a fellow e-discovery company, the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Brian McManus, CEO of Lighthouse eDiscovery, will lead the combined companies. Discovia was based in San Francisco. Lighthouse eDiscovery said that the deal was funded by an investment round from Spire Capital, along with management and other investors.
