Lighthouse eDiscovery Raises Private Equity Funding

Seattle-based Lighthouse eDiscovery, which provides electronic discovery products to law firms, said this week that it has raised a round of private equity funding from Spire Capital. Lighthouse disclosed elsewhere that the round was worth $30M. Lighthouse said the new funding will go towards building out an East Coast opeartions center, and for expansion into Europe. Lighthouse eDiscovery is led by Brian McManus.
