NetFortris Acquires Fonality

Seattle-based cloud-based communications provider NetFortris announced this morning that it has acquired cloud and unified communicatinos provider Fonality, which was based in Dallas, Texas. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. NetFortris said it will use the buy to bolster its enterprise communications solutions and managed network services. NetFortris was advised by Dentons US LLP and Spire Capital in the deal; Fonality was advised by AGC and Perkins Coie LLP.
