Redfin: Home Tours Up 50 Percent In February

Seattle-based online real estate agency Redfin says the real estate market is heating up -- and so are its customer home tours. The company, which lists homes for sale and offers up real estate agents paid on customer satisfaction, versus commissions, said home tours being requested through its site rose by 50 percent last month, compared with a year ago. The company said that actual signed offers were up 27 percent year-over-year. Redfin said the tours come in what it calls "one of the biggest years in housing since the bust."
