Redfin Launches On-Demand Home Tours

Seattle-based online real estate broker Redfin has launched a new feature, which combines the world of "on-demand" services with home tours. According to Redfin, its new "Book It Now" tool lets users book a home tour of listings that users are interested in, letting users easily schedule a tour at their preferred date and time. Redfin said the new service will let users tour as many homes as they want, with no obligation. The new feature looks to be a good fit to the company's customer base--online real estate broker caters to the same, technologically savvy, mobile-enabled customer base as Uber and other on-demand startups.
