Microsoft Billionaire Paul Allen Sues Over German Tank

Think you can buy just about anything if you are a billionaire? Apparently not. Microsoft billionaire Paul Allen apparently tried to buy a World War II German, Panzer IV tank recently, but is now suing an auction company and the tank's owner over what he says is a failure to deliver the tank after a $2.5 million purchase. Allen apparently brokered a deal--including wiring the money for the tank and other auction items--with Auctions America to purchase the tank, after a failed auction for the rare vehicle. However, the auction company and the tank's owner, the Collings Foundation, says it never reached an agreement to sell the tank to Allen.
