Cray Wins Deal In India

Seattle-based Cray said Wednesday that it has been awarded a contract to install its first XC30 supercomputer in the country of India. According to Cray, it has been awarded a contract with the Tata Institute for Fundamental Research (TIFR) in Mumbai, to install a Cray XC30 system. Size and financial impact of the deal was not disclosed.
