Microsoft, DocuSign Link In E-Signature Deal

Redmond-based Microsoft and Seattle-based DocuSign said this week that they are strategic partnership, which will link Office 365 customers into DocuSign's eSignature applications. Financial details of that strategic partnership were not announced. According to the two, the link will make it easy for customers to submit and electronically sign documents, all without leaving Microsoft's applications. DocuSign offers up an electronic signature software suite which allows for the legal signing of documents electronically, which can dramatically reduce the amount of paperwork required for many business transactions.
