DocuSign Acquires Algorithmic Research

DocuSign, the developer of electronic signature software which has a substantial operation in Portland, said this week that it has acquired Algorithmic Research, Ltd. (ARX), a fewllow developer of electronic signature technology. Financial details of the buy were not announced. ARX serves the public and government sector. ARX was based in San Francisco, where DocuSign is also now headquartered.
