DocuSign Wins SunGard

Seattle-based DocuSign, the provider of electronic signature software-as-a-service, reported today that it has been selected by SunGard Availability Services. DocuSign said that SunGard is using the firm's electronic signature service for its sales process, as part of an integration with Salesforce.com. Financial details of the win were not disclosed.
