Perka Acquired By First Data

Portland-based mobile loyalty software developer Perka has been acquired by credit card processor First Data, in a deal worth around $30.0M. First Data said that Perka became a subsidiary of the company on October 4th, and will continue to operate autonomously, led by current management and its product development team. Perka develops mobile marketing and consumer loyalty apps, aimed at small and mid-sized, retail stores and restaurants.
