CollegeNet Ties With Chinese Education Group

Portland-based CollegeNET, a provider of web-based software for the higher education market, reported a deal with a Chinese education group today involving its video interviewing technology. CollegeNet said it has linked with the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), to offer its video interview services to Chinese students applying to U.S. colleges and universities. Financial impact of the deal was not announced. VideoNet said the deal will allow Chinese students applying to U.S. colleges and universities to record a video interview at CEAIE test facilities, for submission to those universities and colleges.
