Itron Bolsters Board

Liberty Lake, Washington-based Itron, the developer of smart utility meters, said Thursday that it has appointed Lynda Ziegler to its board of directors. Ziegler worked at Southern California Edison (SCE) for 30 years before retiring last September. According to Itron, Ziegler is a grid modernization pioneer, having headed up automation of 5 million meters at SCE. She had most recently been executive vice president of power delivery services at Southern California Edison.
