Itron Names Nosbaum President, CEO
Liberty Lake, Washington-based Itron, the maker of smart utility meters, said Wednesday afternoon that it has named Leroy D. Nosbaum as President and CEO. Nosbaum, who has previously served as Chairman and CEO, has been at Itron since 1996, and was CEO from 2000 to 2009. Nosbaum replaces Malcolm Unsworth, who the firm says has retired as President, CEO, and member of its board. Itron makes smart grid and other smart utility meters for the electric, gas, and water utility market.
