Radisys Scores Two LTE Wins

Hillsboro, Oregon-based Radisys, the developer of wireless infrastructure software, announced two wins today, including one with 4G wireless equipment provider Airspan, and another with LTE small cell firm Qucell. Radisys said that Airspan has tapped the firm to help power its LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) small cell product, using the Radisys Trillium TOTALeNodeB small cell software as part of an outdoor base station. Qucell is using the same software for its LTE small cell products aimed at residential, enterprise, and public access. Financial details of the two design wins were not announced.
